About the role

  • Implement the roadmap to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-teams for seamless product delivery.
  • Be the go-to-expert for product offerings, promoting our value proposition.
  • Use insights from data to inform product improvements.
  • Assess product performance metrics, identifying insights and implement improvements based on data-driven decisions.
  • Fortify your connection with your customers to understand their needs to inform the roadmap.
  • Map opportunities in user stories, flow diagrams, and wireframes.
  • Organize the sprints, prioritize the product backlog, and provide clarity around requirements to the product development group.
  • Communicate your product development progress to our organization.
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements, track prioritization and own delivery of products/features through partnership with Engineering, Design and Data stewardship teams.
  • Manage user acceptance testing of functional requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management.
  • 5 years’ experience in product management or related area.
  • 3+ years in product management, including 2+ years experience in the B2B space.
  • 2+ years of experience in the retail industry.
  • Experience working with sales, engineering, and account management teams.
  • Experience working with international partners and managing communication challenges.
  • Experience in launching customer-grade applications.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL and BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Experience with data analytics and data science concepts.
  • Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners in writing user stories, mapping user journeys, wireframing, and creating workflow diagrams.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and translate them into business requirements.
  • Ability to partner with global teams across different time zones.
  • Experience communicating with customers where English is their second language.
