The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by preparing detailed financial models, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance, identify risks, and enhance financial controls and reporting transparency.
Presents insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting budgeting processes, and fostering continuous improvement.
Leads and develops associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting a culture of accountability and integrity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
Strong expertise in variance analysis and month-end closing processes with attention to accuracy and detail.
Ability to develop and present financial models and business cases to senior management.
Skilled in managing complex control structures and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.
Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, BitQuery and Tableau.
Proficient in AI tools including ChatGPT and VS Code.
