Support the Walmart Connect Legal and Compliance teams by ensuring that our legal and compliance related projects are on track and progressing according to plan.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Policy to review, manage, and solution legal escalations.
Liaise with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Operations and other stakeholders to design and improve contracting workflows and reduce friction while maintaining risk standards.
Manage contract operations by designing and maintaining clause libraries, playbooks, approval processes, and intake triage rules, while continuously improving contracting workflows to reduce cycle times and elevate risk.
Maintain high-touch communication with enterprise partners and stakeholders to support the content series program.
Design, implement, and manage team building experiences.
Organize workstreams, institute and execute plans across internal stakeholders, while leveraging communication, organization and management skills to get the job done.
Drive adoption and optimization of legal AI tools.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Support ad-hoc legal projects and operational initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
Data analytics and project management systems.
Supervisory experience.
Masters: Business Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification.
