About the role
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform product roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving product lifecycle processes.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, optimize customer experiences, and communicate product vision across cross-functional teams.
- Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlogs to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze product and feature data to identify trends, inform decisions, and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consensus and communicate product vision and strategy effectively.
- Conduct customer research and journey mapping to enhance product experiences and address gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
- 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Proven experience in product strategy development and execution, including roadmap creation and MVP management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment and communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, utilizing analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize product performance.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product innovation and competitive positioning.
- Ability to apply design thinking and customer journey mapping to enhance customer satisfaction and process optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles to drive iterative improvements.
