About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform product roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving product lifecycle processes.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, optimize customer experiences, and communicate product vision across cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlogs to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze product and feature data to identify trends, inform decisions, and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consensus and communicate product vision and strategy effectively.
  • Conduct customer research and journey mapping to enhance product experiences and address gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
  • Proven experience in product strategy development and execution, including roadmap creation and MVP management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, utilizing analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize product performance.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to apply design thinking and customer journey mapping to enhance customer satisfaction and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles to drive iterative improvements.
