About the role
- Analyze complex business problems using advanced data analytics and automation techniques to identify root causes and recommend effective technology solutions.
- Define key metrics and success criteria to measure progress and impact of data-driven initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and validate data sources ensuring data quality and fitness for purpose across multiple business domains.
- Translate business requirements into actionable data strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling data insights tailored to complex stakeholder needs.
- Lead data quality management efforts to enhance business performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with partner teams to gain alignment, adoption, and sustained impact from solutions built on complex external data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Extensive experience in data analysis, visualization, and exploratory data analysis using tools such as Python, SQL, GCP and Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of data strategy, data quality management, and data warehousing principles to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable analytics solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Expertise in statistical methods, data modeling, and big data technologies to support advanced business intelligence initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data modeling patterns (e.g., star schema, OBT), business and data quality analysis, and data engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with syndicated external datasets (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana) and publicly available data standards/frameworks (e.g., GS1).
