About the role
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and Total Rewards to calculate commissions and bonuses.
- Maintain accurate compensation documentation and ensure sales teams receive timely updates on plan changes.
- Manage key operational processes such as validating data for commission payouts, maintaining sales team roster and hierarchy records, and supporting quota setting and territory assignments.
- Prepare quarterly performance reports and respond to compensation-related inquiries.
- Participate in special projects focused on enhancing compensation tools, processes, and overall sales performance.
- Audit payments against plan and communicate with plan stakeholders to address issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, HR or related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a role requiring analytical and strategic skills, such as business analyst, compensation analyst, or business development.
- The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively either via presentation or whitepaper.
- The capability to model and simulate improvements to existing business processes, evaluate 'what-if' scenarios, and conduct dry runs to identify and resolve gaps before implementation.
- Aptitude for cross-functional collaboration across various teams, with a strong ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
