About the role

  • Prepare detailed financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards.
  • Collaborate across the Store Ops, Supply Chain, Real Estate and FP&A teams, build strong relationships with partners in Merchandise and Segment finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Proven expertise in financial forecasting, planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Strong experience managing risk mitigation and control structures.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A high emotional quotient (EQ) to influence peers and partners.
