About the role
- Architect the global canonical data model that unifies operational, omni-transaction, identity, and supplier-facing data.
- Lead global data harmonization, reducing local-market variation and creating scalable frameworks.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to modernize global data pipelines, improve performance, and meet availability SLAs.
- Translate complex business needs into data strategies, roadmaps, and architectures that unlock commercial value.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 7 years' experience in data engineering, solution architecture, business intelligence, business analytics or related field.
- Option 2: 9 years' experience in data engineering, solution architecture, business intelligence, business analytics or related field.
- Option 3: Master's degree in Computer Science and 5 years' experience in data engineering, solution architecture, business intelligence, business analytics or related field.
- 3 years' supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated success designing and governing global, harmonized, compliant data ecosystems.
- Experience leveraging enterprise data for monetization.
- Executive-level communication and storytelling skills.
