  • The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
  • This position leads complex financial modeling, monitors control structures, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance reporting transparency and operational efficiency.
  • The role also involves guiding teams, fostering development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
  • By delivering insightful financial insights and managing multiple business initiatives, the Senior Manager contributes to achieving organizational goals while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and integrity.
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage control structures to mitigate risks of financial misstatements and enhance transparency of financial systems.
  • Develop and present complex financial models and business cases to senior management, communicating forecasts and variances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Expertise in driving business plans, removing obstacles, and adapting strategies to meet operational and customer needs.
