About the role
- Lead and oversee advertising sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform sales planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- Guide and mentor team members in sales qualification, negotiation, and proposal development to enhance performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate advertising solutions and optimize product assortment for customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting ethical sales practices and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing innovative sales approaches.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 2 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.
- Proven expertise in advertising sales with strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform strategic sales planning and forecasting.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and leading teams to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering effective sales proposals and presentations.
- Strong decision-making capabilities supported by financial acumen and business insights.
- Skilled in guiding onboarding processes and resolving customer-related issues efficiently.
- Commitment to ethical leadership, fostering team development, and driving continuous improvement.
