About the role

  • Partner with senior management to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide insights.
  • Oversee financial consolidation, ensuring accuracy and resolving timing issues with operational teams.
  • Drive business strategy by analyzing costs, forecasts, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate and consolidate E2E finance’s annual operating plan and long range plan, including the build and execution of AOP and LRP decks.
  • Become a thought leader and evangelist for process improvement, transformation, and AI across E2E finance.
  • Collaborate across Store Ops, Supply Chain, & Real Estate FP&A teams.
  • Build strong relationship with partners in Merchandise and Segment finance, and develop trust with VPs/SVPs across Walmart US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • 2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
