About the role
- Drive Accuracy in Alarm Panel Programming & Configuration.
- Program, configure, and maintain Bosch intrusion and fire alarm panels.
- Provide real-time, phone-based support to technicians.
- Maintain programming templates and documentation standards.
- Assist with integration of Fire‑Lite and Edwards fire systems.
- Troubleshoot mismatched signals and communication failures.
- Add and maintain customer accounts and event codes.
- Create and maintain account records within the alarm receiver network database.
- Diagnose issues involving alarm communication paths.
- Support technicians with programming and communication corrections.
Requirements
- 2+ years programming Bosch alarm panels or related systems.
- Must be proficient in typing/basic computer skills.
- Excellent phone‑based communication and technician support skills.
- Full‑time, in‑office availability.
- Familiarity with SIA, Contact ID reporting formats (Preferred).
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, ports, routing) (Preferred).
- ESA, NICET, or Bosch system certifications (Preferred).
- Experience maintaining receiver network account databases (Preferred).
- Working knowledge of Fire‑Lite and Edwards system reporting and integration (Preferred).
