Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Extensive experience in backend engineering with distributed systems and microservices.
Proven technical leadership across multiple teams or domains, including direct mentorship of senior engineers.
Expertise in backend languages (Java, Go, Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong DevOps knowledge and architectural vision for large-scale enterprise systems.
Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and platform strategy in complex, regulated environments.
