As a Software Engineer III, you will lead the design and development of scalable software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience.
You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions to enhance system performance.
This role involves managing projects from requirements gathering through coding, testing, and deployment while ensuring adherence to quality and security standards.
You will also provide technical guidance to small engineering teams, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the delivery of high-value software products aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and coding standards using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
Strong experience in platform design, API development, and component services within iterative and incremental development frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues through root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation and testing methodologies.
Solid understanding of software design, telemetry implementation, and security policy application during development.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
