About the role
- Lead and coordinate large-scale technical programs, defining goals, critical paths, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies.
- Drive end-to-end system solution design, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
- Identify and resolve program risks, manage resources, and secure stakeholder commitments to maintain program momentum.
- Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accelerate delivery timelines.
- Mentor team members on program management best practices, technical design, and effective communication strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and resolve conflicts for successful program outcomes.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead complex, large-scale technical programs.
- Strong ability to define goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and manage cross-functional dependencies effectively.
- Experience in technical design, including system architecture, software, hardware, and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, securing buy-in, and resolving conflicting priorities to drive alignment.
- Proficient in process improvement, automation, and implementing scalable workflows to enhance team efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to influence decisions and present data-driven insights clearly.
