About the role
- Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to drive technical alignment from requirements to implementation by negotiating trade-offs and securing decisions.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
- Communicate program status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive process improvements and promote automation to enhance program delivery and operational excellence.
- Mentor associates and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and secure commitments across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and process improvement to enhance program delivery and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills for clear, concise reporting and effective engagement across a variety of audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and apply problem-solving frameworks to drive informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated mentorship capabilities to develop team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Commitment to ethical standards and conduct in all aspects of program execution.
