  • The (USA) Staff, Technical Program Manager leads the planning and execution of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • This role drives end-to-end delivery by coordinating stakeholders, resolving ambiguities, and optimizing processes to achieve scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborating with technology and business partners, the team ensures timely and appropriate access while managing complex program schedules and resources.
  • Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Secure team commitments, manage dependencies, and resolve ambiguities to ensure clarity on end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans while managing budgets and resource priorities.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proposing frameworks, tools, and automation opportunities to enhance program delivery.

Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to secure commitments, manage dependencies, and align teams across technical and business domains.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and communication tools to effectively convey complex information and drive consensus among cross-functional teams.
  • Technical knowledge of system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and service management concepts to support end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities to synthesize data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies ensuring program success.
