About the role
- Lead policy governance activities, including identifying governance risks.
- Align policy governance with enterprise risk appetite.
- Lead the development and refinement of AI, technology, and information security policies.
- Perform challenge and quality-control reviews of policy updates.
- Oversee updates to technical standards and specifications.
- Contribute to enhancements in policy governance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Assurance, Law, or a related field).
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in risk management, policy development, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of technology compliance standards and emerging risks within technology and information security.
- Experience in leading business process improvement and implementation projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with various technologies, including AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
