Own a defined APD product or business problem, such as throughput, labor efficiency, or scalability
Lead structured discovery across product, engineering, and operations stakeholders
Analyze operational and financial data to frame tradeoffs and prioritize solutions
Develop product recommendations including: Problem definition and success metrics, Solution options and tradeoffs, Pilot or rollout considerations
Use AI tools to accelerate synthesis, modeling, and communication
Present findings to product and leadership forums

Requirements

Currently pursuing an MBA
Prior experience in consulting, operations, analytics, or product strongly preferred
Strong structured thinking and executive communication skills
AI-first mindset and experience applying AI tools to business workflows
Comfort working with data (SQL, dashboards, or analytical models preferred)
Interest in automation, AI, and large-scale operational systems
A successful candidate will not require sponsorship
