Enable alerting capabilities by monitoring logging metrics and KPIs.
Identify gaps in logging processes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance.
Provide operational support for the critical infrastructure that underpins SIEM and SOAR platforms.
Design and develop processes that ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.
Evaluate operational processes, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Define architectural blueprints and technology stacks to optimize product performance and integrations.

Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 6 years’ experience in SIEM Engineering or related area at a technology, Retail, or data-driven company.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in SIEM Engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Certification in Security+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, CCSP, or GCDA.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area and 4 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience with implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
