About the role
- Lead the analysis and synthesis of cyber threat intelligence to identify adversarial tactics and emerging risks.
- Optimize collection strategies, managing incident response processes, and collaborating across teams to enhance cyber risk management.
- Provide strategic insights to support operational security and guide the development of mitigation measures.
- Analyze and disseminate threat intelligence from multiple sources to identify adversarial tools, techniques, and methods.
- Perform tactical and link analysis to project future cyber threat scenarios and assess their implications.
- Optimize cyber intelligence collection strategies and manage collection assets to meet priority requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate external threats and develop data collection methods that mitigate risks.
- Monitor network performance and security metrics to ensure operational effectiveness and adherence to service levels.
- Contribute to cyber risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures to address security vulnerabilities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration to achieve strategic technology and security objectives.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity or related area and 4 years’ work experience in cyber intelligence or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in cyber intelligence or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
- Proven expertise in cyber threat intelligence, including analysis of adversarial tools, techniques, and methods.
- Strong knowledge of cyber incident response protocols, mitigation strategies, and incident management best practices.
- Experience with risk analysis and cyber risk management to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.
- Proficiency in network and malware analysis, threat detection, and security operations.
- Ability to evaluate and synthesize multi-source intelligence and open-source information for actionable insights.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with programming languages and open source intelligence techniques to support cyber intelligence efforts.
