About the role
- Lead the implementation of privacy compliance programs, ensuring alignment with global and domestic privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret privacy regulations, identifying compliance gaps and driving corrective action.
- Develop and update privacy policies and standard operating procedures in partnership with leadership.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and regulatory trend analysis to support business strategy and forecasting.
- Collect, analyze, and report compliance data, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional privacy initiatives.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting accountability and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience in privacy compliance, data protection, or regulatory compliance roles.
- Strong background in policy development, compliance training, and risk analysis.
- Expertise in privacy auditing, gap analysis, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in privacy frameworks, compliance risk management, and project leadership.
