About the role
- Drive efficiencies in the audit/review process.
- Assist relevant stakeholders in root causes analysis of audit/review findings.
- Assist in the validation of control design and effectiveness.
- Identify process deficiencies, by testing performance of controls against company procedures and/or external regulatory/accounting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in internal/external audit, internal controls, compliance or related area.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
