Monitor network performance using established metrics and tools to maintain optimal availability and reliability.
Develop and execute network maintenance plans, addressing faults and implementing enhancements within design scope.
Investigate and resolve network incidents promptly, adhering to defined service level agreements.
Create and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements, design, and testing for agile delivery.

Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 2 years’ experience in network engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in network engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Proven expertise in network design, including architectural blueprint development and advanced routing, addressing, and security protocols.
Strong knowledge of network security principles, vulnerability scanning, and threat modeling to safeguard information systems.
Experience with risk management frameworks and implementation of security controls in complex network environments.
Proficiency in network monitoring, alerting tools, and performance metrics to ensure system reliability and adherence to SLAs.
Familiarity with coding standards and automation scripting to support network operations and security compliance.
