About the role
- Maintain and update multiple databases to accurately track procurement and project deadlines using various tools and software.
- Assist in coordinating equipment procurement by monitoring orders, verifying details, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely shipments.
- Support contract management by preparing communications, coordinating contract addendums, and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Generate project status reports and execute data queries as requested to support decision-making.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and promote a positive, respectful work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract administration within complex operational environments.
- Strong proficiency in data management and tracking tools, including SAP Fiori and advanced spreadsheet use.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners.
- Ability to maintain accurate databases, prepare detailed reports, and manage procurement timelines with precision.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and a continuous improvement mindset to support operational excellence.
