Lead and scale the Business Information Security Partners (BISP) organization by setting clear vision, hiring and succession plans.
Own and evolve the BISP strategy, operating model, and roadmap to deliver a consistent, scalable, and business-aligned security posture across Global Tech.
Partner with Global Tech, product, and engineering leaders to drive cross-organization security outcomes and translate business needs into Information Security priorities and capabilities.
Embed security-by-design into product and engineering lifecycles.
Define, prioritize, and oversee security maturity journeys including investment decisions and predictable roadmaps.
Build and scale a repeatable advisory model for BISPs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 7 years’ experience in information security or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
9 years’ experience in information security or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
4 years’ supervisory experience.
Certification in Security+, GISF, CISM, or CISA is preferred.
Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 5 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
