About the role

  • Develop and implement strategies for reporting to support Global Ethics objectives.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to inform ethics and compliance programs.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for executive audiences.
  • Present ethics trends, other relevant data, and recommendations to senior leadership in a concise and impactful manner, leveraging PowerPoint for storytelling.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Investigate patterns in ethics data to identify underlying issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Partner with Ethics leadership, market Ethics teams, and business units to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure compliance with Walmart’s Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience.
  • 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong background and ability to leverage AI, including advanced prompting skills with large language models to analyze data and identify insights and trends.
  • Experience conducting statistical analysis and working with large datasets.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability in research, problem-solving, and identifying root causes.
