- The (USA) Product Manager III plays a key role in driving product strategy and development through data-driven decision making and customer insights.
- This position supports product roadmap creation, feature prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
- Analyze product and feature data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance metrics such as adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and contribute to roadmap development aligned with business goals.
- Apply design thinking and user feedback to identify customer needs and enhance product experiences through continuous improvement.
- Support product rollout and scaling efforts using Agile methodologies and minimum viable product concepts.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to build consensus and drive alignment on product vision and strategy.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and technology landscapes to identify innovation opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Proven experience in product management with strong skills in product strategy and roadmap development.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions using product and feature analytics to optimize outcomes.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and effective communication to build consensus and influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles, including MVP creation and prioritization.
- Understanding of customer needs through research, journey mapping, and continuous feedback analysis.
- Familiarity with emerging industry trends and technology landscapes to support innovation and product growth.
