About the role

  • Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
  • Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks to support scalable, secure development.
  • Guide architectural reviews and system design decisions for maintainability and performance.
  • Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML features and intelligent automation.
  • Mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.

Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • Proven expertise in software architecture, solution design, and full software development lifecycle management across multiple teams.
  • Strong technical leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and cloud cost optimization strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to align engineering efforts with business goals.
  • Sound technical judgment with a commitment to quality, security, and operational excellence.
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and complex system environments.
