- Lead data-driven evaluations to support strategic business decisions.
- Analyze financial and operational data, identifying trends, and delivering accurate insights to internal partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in analytics, collaborating across teams to develop and implement effective business solutions.
- Guide process improvements, ensure compliance, and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Leverage advanced analytical tools and methodologies to contribute to Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and informed decision-making.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations to support key business processes and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.
- Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong ability to document and analyze business requirements with precision and clarity.
- Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience.
- Experience evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Skilled in collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver consistent, data-driven insights.
- Ability to develop and execute analytical plans, providing expert guidance on best practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement in business processes.
