About the role
- Own and execute the affiliate channel strategy, including budgeting, commission rates, forecasting, and partner management
- Lead business development, partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing optimization for growth
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance
- Advocate for affiliate channel insights and performance to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Understand and apply attribution models, including incremental and last-touch conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams (Media, Creative, Site, Merchant) and external partners to ensure successful campaign activation and project completion
- Present compelling updates, readouts, and recommendations to leadership, demonstrating executive presence.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- Proven performance mindset with experience optimizing conversion-based KPIs
- Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to balance storytelling and data-driven insights
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence and gain buy-in at all levels
- Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with potential partners and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to problem-solving.
