About the role

  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support CRE initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and highlight trends.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable analytics projects.
  • Perform statistical and exploratory analysis to uncover patterns and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance and quality standards.
  • Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to enhance predictive analytics and deliver advanced insights where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with Python or similar tools for advanced analytics.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Corporate Real Estate data (space management, occupancy, building systems) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
