About the role

  • Design, plan, implement and maintain private, public and hybrid cloud network solutions / connectivity
  • Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring they are built in the most efficient way using Python and GO programming languages
  • Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks and resources to deliver projects on time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, and business teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines
  • Ensure the team adheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
  • Evaluate the current cloud network architecture and develop action plans to make necessary improvements
  • Provide technical guidance, support, and coaching to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Conduct code reviews and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Public Cloud Technologies
  • Mentors the team members and helps in enhancing team’s productivity
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

  • Experience with design, develop, and deliver software features and capabilities in an enterprise cloud-defined network software platform
  • Experience with networking, security, distributed systems, and/or system-level programming.
  • Experience developing or working with Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or OpenStack is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of Hybrid Cloud Technologies with prior experience being a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and oversee end-to-end execution.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Total Experience of 15+ years, In the management role with Cloud Providers of 5+ years
