About the role

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for enterprise events across international markets.
  • Design and deliver experiences for both Suppliers and Marketplace Sellers, with tailored content and intentional overlap where appropriate.
  • Manage cross-functional planning cycles in coordination with teams across Walmart International.
  • Own event infrastructure, platform enablement, and stakeholder engagement tools to drive matchmaking, onboarding, and growth readiness.
  • Partner with Comms, Merchandising, and regional leads to shape content, amplify impact, and ensure brand consistency across markets and channels.
  • Track performance metrics and feedback to continuously evolve the event strategy.
  • Represent the event team as a strategic partner across internal workstreams, external agencies, and global leadership discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or related area and 3 years' experience in Project Management, Event Management or related area.
  • 5 years' experience in Project Management, Event Management or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience building and leading strategic presentations.
  • 2 years’ experience leading large projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Prior work experience in business analytics.
  • Prior work experience in role with responsibility across various levels of organizations.
