About the role

  • Responsible for recruiting and launching next generation of Marketplace sellers.
  • Work closely with category seller growth teams to assess market opportunities and develop acquisition strategies.
  • Manage the E2E business development lifecycle from sourcing to transactability.
  • Create a compelling value proposition for selling on Walmart.com to successfully launch new sellers.
  • Develop plans to oversee onboarding process and manage targets for new sellers.
  • Advocate for the platform and drive awareness of new seller services.
  • Listen to seller feedback to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Working with cross-functional teams.
