About the role
- Responsible for recruiting and launching next generation of Marketplace sellers.
- Work closely with category seller growth teams to assess market opportunities and develop acquisition strategies.
- Manage the E2E business development lifecycle from sourcing to transactability.
- Create a compelling value proposition for selling on Walmart.com to successfully launch new sellers.
- Develop plans to oversee onboarding process and manage targets for new sellers.
- Advocate for the platform and drive awareness of new seller services.
- Listen to seller feedback to continuously improve the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
- Experience in sales.
- Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Supervisory experience.
- Working with cross-functional teams.
