About the role
- Drive strategies that ensure our products are available when they're needed
- Develop inventory strategies and provide solutions
- Collaborate with merchants to align strategic business objectives
- Manage inventory and develop strategies to improve in-stocks
- Oversee execution of item-level replenishment
- Build forecasts to align with merchandising needs
- Maximize relationships with partners and key stakeholders
- Set examples in managing to KPIs and developing others
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area
- 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area
- Experience in replenishment or inventory management
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
