About the role
- Manage and monitor technology operations projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to budgets and schedules.
- Assess program risks and resource requirements to support successful project completion and mitigate potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress, resolve challenges, and maintain program health through effective governance.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decisions and build consensus.
- Support business operations by analyzing key performance indicators and contributing to process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain awareness of technology trends to support business cases and technology-related process updates.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Proven experience in program and project management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of small to medium complexity projects.
- Strong financial management skills with the ability to monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost expenditures effectively.
- Proficiency in business operations, including understanding organizational KPIs and profitability drivers.
- Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Knowledge of technology landscape, trends, and methodologies relevant to the business domain.
