About the role
- Lead the development and execution of global audit plans to mitigate organizational risks and support business objectives.
- Oversee audit teams by assigning duties, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define audit scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements through rigorous audit testing and validation.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and sharing best practices across global audit teams.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
- Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and professional development within the audit function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Experience in information technology, financial analysis, or relevant area.
- Master’s Degree in business or related field.
