About the role

  • Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to integrate AI/ML models with large-scale data systems.
  • Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
  • Lead the development of AI-powered products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Troubleshoot and debug AI/ML models and algorithms, identifying and resolving issues that impact performance and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML, applying this knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in AI/ML development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of programming experience in architecting highly scalable and performing Web Applications.
  • 5+ years of experience programming in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST Services, and related technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies.
  • 4+ years of developing high transaction high throughput systems.
  • 2+ years of experience integrating 3rd party solutions in existing architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in agile ways of working in a distributed geographical model.
