About the role
- Oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
- Lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and sustainably.
- Motivate and develop technicians and work directly with Store Managers on facility service needs.
- Manage and evaluate workload, oversee budget, and ensure proper escalation of tickets.
- Work directly with different vendors and contractors as needed.
- Reporting, analytics, and recruiting/hiring of technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
- General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal.
- Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- PMP Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma.
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
