About the role
- Lead the execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Oversee financial statement analysis, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards including GAAP and IFRS.
- Develop and implement internal controls, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements for month-end closing and account reconciliations.

Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles including GAAP, IFRS, and financial statement analysis.
- Proven experience in managing month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
- Strong expertise in financial controls, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights to support business plans.
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, setting performance standards, and fostering continuous development.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives.
