About the role

  • Collaborate with leaders in Emerging Sales and other inter-dependent teams to design, develop, and propose solutions for reporting and measurement needs.
  • Support the process of defining KPIs, collecting data, ensuring data quality for appropriate measurement.
  • Own and develop scaled reporting solutions for Sales teams.
  • Manage reporting collateral, including dashboards, to facilitate teams' understanding of business health and goal achievement levels.
  • Address ambiguous strategic questions facing the business and collaborate with leaders to build business cases for new initiatives.
  • Drive the execution of initiatives across partners and develop a profound understanding of our overall business.
  • Report and maintain various input and output metrics used to evaluate our progress.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a role requiring analytical skills, such as business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analyst.
  • Understanding of sales processes and tools, including Salesforce CRM systems, sales quota, account planning, territory assignment, performance management, forecasting and territory assignment, and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to shift styles based on the setting and audience.
  • Proficiency in writing complex and efficient SQL queries to extract data.
  • Ability to work with internal and external customers to gather and document business requirements and user stories.
  • Ability to partner with core internal technical teams (CRM, Data Warehouse, etc.) to design and implement sales operations solutions.
  • The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively.
  • The capability to model and simulate improvements to existing business processes.
  • Capacity to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, even when faced with ambiguity.
