About the role
- Set the strategic vision and lead execution for virtual try-on across Walmart’s digital channels and categories.
- Own the business roadmap within a cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with merchandising partners in fashion and beauty to embed virtual try-on into assortment and category strategies.
- Manage performance and impact, owning KPIs such as customer engagement, conversion, and return reduction.
- Lead innovation and expansion, identifying new features, categories, and use cases for virtual try-on.
- Track industry trends in AR/AI and digital retail to inform product direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, retail, digital product, or merchandising.
- Strong business acumen and experience owning a roadmap or program with measurable impact.
- Proven ability to collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
