About the role
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Design and review system architecture to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with project goals.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components to enhance automation and intelligence.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and code quality through data-driven practices and innovation.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Proven expertise in full stack software development using Java, JavaScript, React.js, and Spring Framework.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server.
- RESTful API design and implementation experience.
- Experience applying cloud-native architecture principles such as microservices, containers, and automation for scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
