About the role
- Collaborate across functions to develop and align graphic strategies that support business objectives and seasonal plans.
- Create and refine textile artwork, including print designs, colorways, repeat sizes, and placement guidance to meet line plan requirements.
- Conduct research on seasonal textile trends through various sources to inform concept development for assigned categories.
- Provide expert advice on design execution and improvement, supporting business needs and incorporating best practices.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify needs, implement solutions, and monitor progress.
- Uphold company policies and values, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Fashion, Graphic Design, or related field and 2 years’ experience in textile design, print design, graphic design, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in textile design, print design, graphic design, or related area.
- Proficiency in graphic and textile design, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience developing and researching seasonal textile concepts aligned with category needs.
- Ability to create and refine print artwork, colorways, and repeat sizes to meet line plan requirements.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate and align on graphic strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying best practices and providing guidance to support business objectives.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
