• Serve as the key liaison between the Global Brand Portal team and regional stakeholders in Canada to support the implementation and success of Global Brand Portal.
• Lead efforts to unify Brand Portal policies, IP standards, and governance frameworks across markets.
• Translate regional brand protection needs, legal requirements, and market dynamics into actionable insights that inform Global Brand Portal roadmap decisions.
• Engage with rights owners in Canada to address brand protection concerns and enhance user experience.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align IP claim processes and enforcement mechanisms with both US and local standards.
• Define and operationalize standardized monitoring and control mechanisms across regions.
