About the role
- Drive the design and optimization of advanced payment controls.
- Develop analytical frameworks and insights that identify payment risk trends.
- Drive the creation and enhancement of self-serve, on-demand payment dashboards.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and UX teams to translate insights into scalable product features.
- Support Global Seller Experience efforts by aligning payout policies.
- Accelerate automation of payment workflows and controls.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics for payout accuracy.
- Partner with the Operations and Business teams to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar field required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience preferably in Payments, eCommerce, Risk, Financial Services or similar space.
- Advanced understanding of SQL.
- Hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker etc.
- Exceptional analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace platforms, seller payments, and financial ecosystems is a plus.
- Understanding risk management and fraud prevention in payments is an advantage.
