About the role
- Translate complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with organizational strategy.
- Develop detailed functional logic and mock-ups to support high-level design conversion for product components.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technology options, prioritize features, and evaluate risks.
- Conduct business and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Manage configuration updates, integration testing, and documentation to maintain system integrity across platforms.
- Analyze business metrics and market factors to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies within solution design and implementation phases.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area and 1 year's experience in enterprise design, implementation, or consulting.
- Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications.
- Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements.
- Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts.
