About the role
- Champion the consistent implementation of HR policies and processes
- Manage the end-to-end associate lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
- Execute cyclical people processes such as goal setting
- Facilitate and support team-level talent discussions
- Deliver insights into people trends leveraging data
- Design and lead engagement initiatives and communication forums
- Develop and manage associate satisfaction and retention programs
- Support learning and development efforts
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in the Human Resources domain
- Relevant exposure to HR Business Partnering in IT, consulting, or high-volume service environments
- Strong foundational knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Hands-on experience in performance management, employee experience, and policy implementation
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities
- Flexibility to work across different shift timings, including night shifts
