About the role

  • Champion the consistent implementation of HR policies and processes
  • Manage the end-to-end associate lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
  • Execute cyclical people processes such as goal setting
  • Facilitate and support team-level talent discussions
  • Deliver insights into people trends leveraging data
  • Design and lead engagement initiatives and communication forums
  • Develop and manage associate satisfaction and retention programs
  • Support learning and development efforts

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in the Human Resources domain
  • Relevant exposure to HR Business Partnering in IT, consulting, or high-volume service environments
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Hands-on experience in performance management, employee experience, and policy implementation
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities
  • Flexibility to work across different shift timings, including night shifts
