About the role
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches.
- Coordinate with other teams, prioritizing their involvement, needs and activation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to develop benefits that continue to raise the bar on joint business plans to strengthen partner relationships.
- Lead discovery sessions both internally and externally to determine partner needs for mutually beneficial benefit and incentive creation.
- Design, manage, and optimize incentive programs to motivate and reward partner performance.
- Work with broader business teams to ensure alignment with strategies and approaches.
- Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics both day-to-day and in quarterly business review format.
- Identify trends and evolving needs, develop programmatic tools and resources to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, digital media/advertising, or related area and 3 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
- 5 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
- 5 years' experience in account management.
- 5 years' experience in channel/partner sales.
- 5 years' experience in digital media.
- Leading cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in business, marketing, communication, digital media/advertising or related area and 3 year's experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
